Salary Range: $76,000 - $116,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute validation plans and protocols for manufacturing processes, equipment, and systems.
• Conduct IQ, OQ, and PQ for new and existing equipment and processes.
• Analyze validation data and generate comprehensive validation reports.
• Identify and document deviations from protocols and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs).
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, GMP).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, manufacturing, quality assurance) to ensure successful validation activities.
• Maintain and update validation documentation and records.
• Participate in internal and external audits related to validation.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, Biomedical) or a related scientific field.
• Proven experience in a validation role within a regulated manufacturing environment (e.g., pharmaceutical, medical device, food & beverage).
• Strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Documentation Practices (GDP), and relevant regulatory guidelines (e.g., FDA, EMA).
• Experience in developing, executing, and documenting validation protocols (IQ, OQ, PQ).
• Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and change control procedures.
• Ability to analyze validation data, identify deviations, and propose corrective actions.

Bonus Qualifications

• - Experience with statistical process control (SPC) software and methodologies
• - Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and their application to validation
• - Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) for test automation
• - Experience with advanced data analysis techniques and visualization tools
