Salary Range: $69,000 - $108,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods.
• Develop and implement efficient inventory management strategies to minimize stockouts and overstocking, ensuring optimal inventory levels.
• Manage and maintain warehouse safety protocols, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and promoting a safe working environment.
• Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and conducting regular performance reviews.
• Optimize warehouse layout and workflows to improve efficiency, reduce lead times, and enhance productivity.
• Implement and manage warehouse technology systems, such as WMS (Warehouse Management System), for accurate tracking and reporting of inventory.
• Control and manage warehouse operating expenses, including labor, supplies, and equipment, to meet budgetary goals.
• Collaborate with production, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure seamless flow of materials and products throughout the supply chain.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in warehouse management, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of inventory management principles, WMS (Warehouse Management Systems), and ERP systems.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical abilities.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety protocols for warehouse operations.

Bonus Qualifications

• - Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• - Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) implementation or advanced configuration
• - Familiarity with international shipping regulations and customs procedures
• - Proven track record of developing and mentoring warehouse staff
