Salary Range: $65,000 - $103,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, program, and debug PLC logic for automated manufacturing equipment.
- Design, configure, and implement HMI/SCADA applications for process control and data visualization.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex automation system issues, including electrical, software, and hardware faults.
- Perform testing, commissioning, and validation of new or modified control systems.
- Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for PLC programs, HMI screens, and system configurations.
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and maintenance teams to define requirements and implement solutions.
- Provide technical support and training to maintenance personnel on automated systems.
Recommended Qualifications
- Proficient in PLC programming (e.g., Rockwell Studio 5000, Siemens TIA Portal) and HMI/SCADA development.
- Strong understanding of industrial control systems, motor controls, and instrumentation.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve automation system issues.
- Experience with industrial communication protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Profinet, Modbus TCP/IP).
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and relevant safety standards (e.g., OSHA, ANSI).
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with industrial robotics integration (e.g., Fanuc, KUKA, ABB).
- Proficiency in HMI/SCADA development for advanced data visualization and reporting.
- Familiarity with industrial vision systems (e.g., Cognex, Keyence) for inspection and guidance.
- Experience with database integration (e.g., SQL) for data logging or recipe management.
