Salary Range: $71,000 - $105,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS) based on sales forecasts and inventory targets.
• Balance production capacity with customer demand, ensuring optimal resource utilization.
• Coordinate with sales, production, purchasing, and logistics to ensure schedule adherence and material availability.
• Monitor inventory levels and adjust production plans to prevent stockouts or overstock.
• Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts, bottlenecks, and material shortages.
• Analyze production performance data and recommend improvements to scheduling processes.
• Manage lead times and production flows to meet on-time delivery targets.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in production planning, master scheduling, or supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) for planning and scheduling.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent understanding of manufacturing processes, capacity planning, and inventory management principles.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with production, sales, procurement, and logistics teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean or Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
• Proficiency with advanced planning and scheduling (APS) software beyond standard ERP modules.
• Experience developing and utilizing data visualization dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for supply chain metrics.
• APICS CPIM or CSCP certification.
