Salary Range: $90,000 - $137,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the entire logistics process, from raw material procurement to finished goods delivery.
• Oversee inventory control, warehousing, and distribution operations to maximize efficiency.
• Negotiate contracts with carriers, suppliers, and 3PL providers to ensure cost-effective solutions.
• Develop and implement logistics strategies that align with manufacturing production schedules and business goals.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with all national and international shipping regulations, customs, and safety standards.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the logistics team to foster a high-performance culture.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in logistics or supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven expertise in inventory management, warehouse operations, and transportation optimization.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and logistics management software.
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance for domestic and international shipping, including customs and hazardous materials.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with specific WMS/ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, JDA)
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• APICS CSCP or CPIM certification
• Experience with international logistics and customs compliance
