Salary Range: $86,000 - $132,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize all inbound and outbound logistics operations, including shipping, receiving, and warehousing.
• Develop and implement strategies for inventory management to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize carrying costs.
• Negotiate contracts with carriers, freight forwarders, and suppliers to secure favorable terms and service levels.
• Analyze and improve transportation routes, methods, and schedules to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with domestic and international shipping regulations, customs procedures, and company policies.
• Utilize logistics software and systems to track shipments, manage inventory, and generate performance reports.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the logistics team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in logistics management within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven expertise in optimizing supply chain operations, inventory management, and warehousing.
• Proficiency with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills with a focus on continuous improvement.

Bonus Qualifications

• APICS CSCP or CLTD certification.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
• Proficiency with data analytics and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Experience with international shipping, customs, and trade compliance.
