Salary Range: $69,000 - $106,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for manufactured products.
• Identify, document, and track defects found during testing, collaborating with development teams for resolution.
• Perform functional, performance, reliability, and stress testing on hardware and software components.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks to improve testing efficiency.
• Analyze test results, generate reports, and provide feedback on product quality to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with manufacturing and engineering teams to understand product specifications and test requirements.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory compliance throughout the testing process.
• Participate in root cause analysis of product failures and contribute to process improvements.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience with automated testing equipment (ATE) and test fixture design.
• Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in test automation (e.g., Python, C#, LabVIEW).
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control principles, and statistical process control (SPC).
• Experience with data analysis and interpretation of test results to identify trends and root causes.
• Familiarity with industry-specific standards and regulations relevant to the manufacturing sector.

Bonus Qualifications

• - Experience with automated test equipment (ATE) programming.
• - Familiarity with statistical process control (SPC) principles.
• - Knowledge of Six Sigma or Lean manufacturing methodologies.
• - Experience with data analysis and visualization tools.
• - Understanding of basic circuit design and troubleshooting.
