Salary Range: $71,000 - $108,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for manufactured products.
• Perform functional, performance, and reliability testing on hardware and software components.
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and collaborate with development teams for resolution.
• Document test procedures, test results, and defect reports accurately and comprehensively.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks to improve testing efficiency.
• Participate in product design reviews to provide input on testability and quality.
• Conduct root cause analysis for product failures and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and quality regulations throughout the testing process.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with automated testing equipment (ATE) and test software (e.g., LabVIEW, Python, C++).
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and debugging hardware and software issues.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control standards.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
• Familiarity with test plan development and execution.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with statistical process control (SPC) and data analysis tools.
• Familiarity with automation frameworks and scripting languages (e.g., Python, LabVIEW).
• Knowledge of various manufacturing processes relevant to the specific industry.
