Salary Range: $75,000 - $112,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans for manufactured products, ensuring adherence to specifications and quality standards.
• Design and implement automated test scripts and fixtures to improve efficiency and accuracy of product testing.
• Analyze test results, identify root causes of defects, and collaborate with engineering and production teams to implement corrective actions.
• Maintain and calibrate testing equipment and ensure proper documentation of all test procedures and results.
• Conduct in-process testing at various stages of the manufacturing cycle to identify and resolve issues early.
• Perform functional, performance, and reliability testing on new and existing products.
• Troubleshoot and debug test setups and product issues, providing detailed reports and recommendations.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, TestComplete).
• Proficiency in at least one programming language commonly used in test automation (e.g., Python, Java, C#).
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control principles.
• Experience with test case design, execution, and defect tracking.
• Familiarity with hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) or software-in-the-loop (SIL) testing.

Bonus Qualifications

• - Experience with statistical process control (SPC) methodologies.
• - Familiarity with automated testing frameworks for embedded systems.
• - Knowledge of Six Sigma or Lean manufacturing principles.
• - Experience with data analysis and visualization tools.
• - Understanding of industrial automation and control systems.
