Salary Range: $71,000 - $108,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for manufactured products.
• Identify, document, and track defects and inconsistencies found during testing.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve product issues.
• Perform root cause analysis of product failures and recommend corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts and testing frameworks.
• Ensure product quality and compliance with industry standards and specifications.
• Participate in design reviews and provide feedback on testability.
• Analyze test results and generate reports for management and stakeholders.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, TestComplete, Ranorex).
• Proficiency in at least one scripting or programming language (e.g., Python, Java, C++).
• Understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and production environments.
• Experience with test plan development, test case design, and defect tracking.
• Knowledge of hardware testing, firmware testing, and integration testing in a hardware-software context.

Bonus Qualifications

• - Experience with Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing principles
• - Familiarity with statistical process control (SPC) software
• - Knowledge of automated testing frameworks for manufacturing equipment
