Salary Range: $51,000 - $78,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, including invoicing, vendor payments, and collections.
- Process weekly or bi-weekly payroll, including tax filings and benefits administration.
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain general ledger accounts to ensure financial accuracy.
- Oversee office operations, including ordering supplies, managing equipment, and coordinating facility maintenance.
- Provide administrative support to the leadership team and production staff, including scheduling and record-keeping.
- Assist with HR functions such as new employee onboarding, maintaining personnel files, and benefits enrollment.
- Prepare basic financial reports, such as profit and loss statements and balance sheets, for management review.
Recommended Qualifications
- Proven experience in full-cycle bookkeeping, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
- Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience managing office operations, including vendor relations, supply management, and administrative support.
- Demonstrated ability to prepare financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet) and assist with budget tracking.
- Prior experience working within a manufacturing or production-based company.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with cost accounting principles.
- Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
- Background in HR administration support (onboarding, benefits).
- Experience with inventory management systems or processes.
