Salary Range: $126,000 - $176,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Direct all manufacturing operations, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are met.
• Manage the facility's profit and loss (P&L), develop budgets, and implement cost control strategies to optimize financial performance.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to drive operational efficiency, productivity improvements, and long-term business growth.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team across all departments, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Oversee the implementation and adherence to all safety protocols, environmental regulations, and quality management systems.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives through Lean manufacturing principles and other methodologies to enhance operational excellence.
• Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and corporate leadership.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven P&L responsibility and strong financial management acumen.
• Extensive leadership experience in manufacturing operations, including production, supply chain, and quality.
• Demonstrated ability to implement and drive continuous improvement and lean manufacturing principles.
• Strategic planning and execution capabilities to achieve business growth and operational excellence.
• Exceptional leadership and team development skills, with a track record of building high-performing teams.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Experience managing multi-site or international manufacturing operations
• Proficiency with advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g., automation, Industry 4.0)
• Specific industry domain expertise (e.g., automotive, aerospace, medical devices)
