Salary Range: $53,000 - $85,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform on-site installation, commissioning, and calibration of manufacturing machinery.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and software issues in industrial equipment.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance and routine inspections to ensure optimal machine performance and reliability.
  • Execute timely repairs and replacements of faulty components, minimizing production downtime.
  • Provide technical support and operational training to customer personnel on equipment usage and basic maintenance.

  • Adhere strictly to safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory compliance during all field operations.

Recommended Qualifications

  • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, including reading schematics and blueprints.
  • Proven ability to diagnose, repair, and maintain complex industrial manufacturing equipment.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills for effective client interaction and problem resolution.
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively (e.g., up to 75%) to customer sites, often involving overnight stays.
  • Proficiency with diagnostic tools, hand/power tools, and strict adherence to safety protocols.
  • Associate's degree in a technical field or equivalent military/industrial experience.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience with industrial robotics platforms (e.g., FANUC, KUKA, ABB).
  • Proficiency in advanced diagnostic tools such as thermal imaging or vibration analysis.
  • Demonstrated ability to train client personnel on equipment operation and maintenance.
  • Basic understanding of industrial networking protocols (e.g., EtherNet/IP, PROFINET).
