Salary Range: $77,000 - $117,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert technical support and consultation for product application and integration in manufacturing environments.
• Design, configure, and implement tailored automation and control solutions for manufacturing processes.
• Conduct product demonstrations, proof-of-concept tests, and validation activities for new applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to product performance and system integration on production lines.
• Develop and deliver technical training to customers and internal teams on product usage and best practices.
• Collaborate with sales and R&D teams to define customer requirements and influence future product development.
• Create comprehensive technical documentation, application notes, and white papers for manufacturing solutions.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Electrical, or related field).
• Strong technical understanding of manufacturing processes (e.g., CNC machining, automation, robotics) and related software (CAD/CAM/CAE).
• Proven ability to diagnose technical challenges, develop solutions, and provide expert technical support to customers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting complex technical information and interacting with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in configuring, demonstrating, or integrating engineering software or hardware solutions for industrial applications.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Proficiency with advanced simulation software (e.g., FEA, CFD) for manufacturing applications.
• Demonstrated experience in technical project management, preferably in a client-facing manufacturing context.
• Hands-on experience with industrial automation systems, robotics programming, or IIoT platforms.
