Salary Range: $60,000 - $87,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and supervise a team of assembly technicians.
• Ensure production schedules and output targets are consistently met.

• Demonstrated leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Bonus Qualifications

• Green Belt certification in Six Sigma or extensive Lean manufacturing experience
• Proficiency with manufacturing ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Familiarity with CAD software for reviewing assembly designs
• Experience with automated assembly processes or robotics
