Salary Range: $60,000 - $87,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of assembly technicians and operators.
• Plan and assign daily production tasks to meet output targets and deadlines.
• Monitor assembly processes to ensure product quality and adherence to specifications.
• Identify and resolve production issues, equipment malfunctions, and material shortages.
• Train new team members and provide ongoing coaching for skill development.
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and reduce waste.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in a manufacturing assembly environment, with prior supervisory or team lead responsibilities.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, including coaching and performance evaluation.
• Solid understanding of assembly processes, quality control standards, and safety regulations.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities for production and operational challenges.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and management.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma certification or practical experience
• Proficiency with manufacturing ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
• Experience in developing and delivering training programs for production staff
• Familiarity with CAD software for reviewing technical drawings and assembly instructions
