Salary Range: $48,000 - $70,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Process, verify, and reconcile invoices for goods and services received from manufacturing suppliers.
• Manage timely payment of vendor invoices, ensuring adherence to payment terms and company policies.
• Generate and distribute customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner for manufactured products.
• Monitor accounts to identify overdue payments and initiate collection activities for outstanding customer balances.
• Apply customer payments accurately to outstanding invoices and manage unapplied cash.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in vendor invoices or customer payments.
• Reconcile AP and AR sub-ledgers to the general ledger, assisting with month-end closing procedures.

Recommended Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivable.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles, GAAP, and financial reconciliation processes.
• Demonstrated experience with high-volume invoice processing, vendor management, and collections.
• Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Experience within a manufacturing or production environment is highly preferred.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with large-scale ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Familiarity with automated invoice processing or expense management software.
