Salary Range: $90,000 - $137,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the maintenance and repair of all manufacturing equipment, machinery, and facility infrastructure.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to ensure operational efficiency and minimize downtime.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, environmental, and building regulations (e.g., OSHA, EPA, local codes).
- Oversee facility budgets, including forecasting, cost control, and procurement of services and supplies.
- Coordinate and supervise external contractors and vendors for facility services, repairs, and projects.
- Plan and manage facility space utilization, layouts, and new construction or renovation projects.
- Ensure the reliable operation of critical utilities such as HVAC, electrical systems, and compressed air.
Recommended Qualifications
- Proven experience (5+ years) in facilities management within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical equipment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage facility projects, preventative maintenance programs, and vendor relationships.
- In-depth understanding of safety regulations (e.g., OSHA) and environmental compliance relevant to manufacturing operations.
- Experience with budget management, cost control, and leading a facilities maintenance team.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles.
- OSHA 30-hour certification or advanced safety training.
- Proficiency in CAD software for facility layout and space planning.
