Salary Range: $50,000 - $82,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues.
• Repair and replace defective parts, components, and systems.
• Conduct routine inspections and diagnostic tests to identify potential failures.
• Install, commission, and modify new production machinery.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and repairs.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies during maintenance operations.

Recommended Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Strong understanding of lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures and other industrial safety protocols.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
• Demonstrated experience with preventive and predictive maintenance programs.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with PLC programming and troubleshooting
• Welding certification (MIG/TIG)
• Proficiency with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) software
• Experience maintaining robotic systems
