Salary Range: $73,000 - $112,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency, cost reduction, and quality improvement.
• Design, develop, and implement manufacturing tools, fixtures, and equipment.
• Support new product introduction (NPI) from prototype to full production.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, implementing corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
• Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on continuous improvement initiatives.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, or a closely related engineering discipline.
• Demonstrated experience in process improvement methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) for designing tools, fixtures, and production layouts.
• Hands-on experience with manufacturing automation, robotics, and PLC systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify root causes and implement effective solutions for production issues.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Proficiency in PLC programming or robotic automation
• Experience with manufacturing simulation software (e.g., Arena, FlexSim)
• Demonstrated experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for manufacturing metrics
