Salary Range: $78,000 - $118,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize inventory levels for raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
• Develop and implement material requirements planning (MRP) and production schedules.
• Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics to ensure efficient material flow.
• Oversee supplier performance and relationships to ensure quality and on-time delivery.
• Identify and implement strategies for material cost reduction and waste elimination.
• Manage warehouse operations, material handling, and inbound/outbound logistics.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the materials planning and warehouse teams.

Recommended Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in supply chain, procurement, and inventory management, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and strong data analysis skills.
• Solid understanding of lean manufacturing principles, inventory optimization techniques, and demand forecasting.
• Demonstrated leadership ability in managing teams, negotiating with suppliers, and overseeing complex logistics.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
• APICS CPIM or CSCP certification
• Experience with advanced data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Prior experience with ERP system implementation or major upgrades
