Salary Range: $96,000 - $143,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
• Manage all aspects of procurement, including supplier selection, contract negotiation, and raw material purchasing.
• Oversee inventory management to ensure optimal stock levels, minimize obsolescence, and support production schedules.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, warehousing, and distribution activities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with production, sales, and finance to align supply chain operations with business objectives.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement continuous improvement initiatives for supply chain processes.
• Identify and mitigate potential supply chain risks and disruptions.

Recommended Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced data analysis tools.
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles, inventory optimization, and demand forecasting.
• Demonstrated leadership ability, with excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Relevant professional certification (e.g., CSCP, CPIM) preferred.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Proficiency in advanced data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
