Salary Range: $91,000 - $138,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with industry standards.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency.
• Ensure all products meet internal, customer, and regulatory quality specifications.
• Manage all quality control activities, including incoming, in-process, and final product inspections.
• Oversee supplier quality management, including audits and performance monitoring.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to product quality, implementing effective corrective actions.
• Conduct and manage internal and external quality audits to ensure compliance and drive improvements.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical discipline.
• 5-7 years of progressive experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven expertise in implementing and maintaining Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949).
• Proficiency with quality tools and methodologies such as SPC, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis, and Lean Six Sigma.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing quality teams and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Lead Auditor certification for ISO 9001 or relevant industry standards (e.g., AS9100, IATF 16949)
• Experience with advanced statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab) and Design of Experiments (DOE)
• Proficiency in QMS software implementation and optimization
• Background in highly regulated manufacturing environments (e.g., medical devices, aerospace)
