Salary Range: $91,000 - $138,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
• Lead and manage internal, customer, and third-party audits, ensuring timely resolution of findings.
• Drive root cause analysis and implement effective Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) for non-conformances and customer complaints.
• Establish and monitor key quality performance indicators (KPIs), reporting regularly on quality performance to leadership.
• Oversee all inspection and testing activities to ensure product and process adherence to specifications and quality standards.
• Manage supplier quality performance through audits, evaluations, and collaborative improvement initiatives.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) to enhance product quality and process efficiency.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality management, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in implementing and maintaining quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949).
• Proficiency with quality tools and methodologies (e.g., SPC, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis, Lean, Six Sigma).
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Bonus Qualifications

• Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
• Lead Auditor certification (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100, ISO 13485).
• Proficiency with statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP).
• Experience with Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) and Production Part Approval Process (PPAP).
