Salary Range: $88,000 - $134,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Ensure products and processes comply with industry standards, regulations, and customer specifications.
• Oversee all quality control activities, including inspections, testing, and data analysis.
• Lead root cause analysis and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
• Manage and mentor the quality assurance team, fostering a culture of quality excellence.
• Conduct internal and external audits to verify QMS effectiveness and compliance.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment.
• Expertise in ISO 9001 quality management systems and other relevant industry standards (e.g., IATF 16949, AS9100).
• Proficiency in quality tools and methodologies such as SPC, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis, and Lean Six Sigma.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills with a focus on continuous improvement.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Experience with specific ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Plex)
• Certified Lead Auditor (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949, AS9100)
• Proficiency in statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
