Salary Range: $72,000 - $106,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures.
• Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Conduct internal and external quality audits to ensure compliance with standards.
• Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve manufacturing quality issues.
• Manage supplier quality performance and incoming material inspections.
• Maintain and update quality management system documentation.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• 3-5 years of experience in quality engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in core quality tools such as FMEA, SPC, MSA, PPAP, and Root Cause Analysis.
• Strong understanding and application of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949, AS9100).
• Demonstrated ability to perform statistical analysis and interpret data for process improvement.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Proficiency with advanced statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
• Certified Internal Auditor for relevant quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949, AS9100)
• Experience with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) for design review and fixture validation
