Salary Range: $59,000 - $91,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance and calibration on industrial robotic systems.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical, mechanical, and software malfunctions in robots.
• Execute repairs and replace faulty components such as motors, sensors, and end-effectors.
• Program, teach, and optimize robot paths and logic for manufacturing tasks.
• Assist with the installation, testing, and commissioning of new robotic equipment and work cells.
• Ensure all robotic operations comply with safety standards and company protocols.
• Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities, repairs, and system modifications.

Recommended Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Industrial Automation, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficiency in programming, operating, and troubleshooting industrial robots (e.g., Fanuc, Kuka, ABB) using teach pendants and/or PC software.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, PLCs, motor controls, pneumatics, and mechanical components.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Demonstrated experience with diagnostic tools and techniques for identifying and resolving complex electromechanical issues.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to all safety protocols in a manufacturing setting.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with industrial vision systems or advanced sensor integration
• Familiarity with CAD software or robot simulation tools
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles or continuous improvement methodologies
• Basic programming skills in scripting languages (e.g., Python) for data analysis or automation tasks
