Salary Range: $59,000 - $91,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and calibration on industrial robotic systems.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical, mechanical, and software malfunctions in robots.
- Execute repairs and replace faulty components such as motors, sensors, and end-effectors.
- Program, teach, and optimize robot paths and logic for manufacturing tasks.
- Assist with the installation, testing, and commissioning of new robotic equipment and work cells.
- Ensure all robotic operations comply with safety standards and company protocols.
- Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities, repairs, and system modifications.
Recommended Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Industrial Automation, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficiency in programming, operating, and troubleshooting industrial robots (e.g., Fanuc, Kuka, ABB) using teach pendants and/or PC software.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, PLCs, motor controls, pneumatics, and mechanical components.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical blueprints, and technical manuals.
- Demonstrated experience with diagnostic tools and techniques for identifying and resolving complex electromechanical issues.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to all safety protocols in a manufacturing setting.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with industrial vision systems or advanced sensor integration
- Familiarity with CAD software or robot simulation tools
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles or continuous improvement methodologies
- Basic programming skills in scripting languages (e.g., Python) for data analysis or automation tasks
