Salary Range: $64,000 - $91,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations to ensure schedule adherence and output targets are met.
• Supervise, train, and mentor production staff, managing performance and fostering a positive work environment.
• Monitor product quality and enforce quality control standards to minimize defects and rework.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Identify and resolve production issues, bottlenecks, and equipment malfunctions promptly.
• Optimize production processes for efficiency, waste reduction, and continuous improvement.
• Track and report on key production metrics, including output, downtime, and scrap rates.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, with prior supervisory or team lead responsibilities.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, capable of motivating and developing a production team.
• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety protocols.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot operational issues and implement effective solutions.
• Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Manufacturing, 5S).

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Proficiency in a second language (e.g., Spanish, Vietnamese)
• Experience with specific ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Plex)
• Familiarity with advanced automation or robotics systems
