Salary Range: $80,000 - $125,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and closure of manufacturing projects, including new product introductions (NPI), process improvements, and equipment installations.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation, ensuring alignment with manufacturing goals.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, production, quality, supply chain) to achieve project milestones and deliverables.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, particularly those impacting production schedules, quality, or cost.
• Monitor project progress, report status to stakeholders, and implement corrective actions as needed to keep projects on track.
• Ensure all project activities comply with quality standards, safety regulations, and manufacturing best practices.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and suppliers for materials, equipment, or services critical to project success.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and quality control principles.
• Demonstrated proficiency with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and software (e.g., MS Project, Jira).
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and drive projects to successful completion.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma certification or experience
• Proficiency with manufacturing ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle) or PLM systems
• Experience with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD)
• Knowledge of relevant industry quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100)
