Salary Range: $79,000 - $124,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables for manufacturing initiatives.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring adherence to financial targets.
• Lead cross-functional project teams, including engineering, production, quality, and supply chain personnel.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues specific to manufacturing processes and new product introductions.
• Facilitate clear and consistent communication with all project stakeholders, providing regular updates on progress and challenges.
• Oversee the successful implementation of new manufacturing equipment, processes, or facility upgrades.
• Ensure all projects comply with quality standards, safety regulations, and industry best practices.

Recommended Qualifications

• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification.
• Proven experience managing projects within a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain, and quality control methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects involving new product introduction (NPI) or capital equipment installation.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and project management software relevant to manufacturing operations.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Experience with manufacturing ERP or PLM systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Siemens Teamcenter)
• Familiarity with ISO 9001, AS9100, or IATF 16949 quality standards
• Prior experience in a technical role within manufacturing (e.g., engineering, production)
