Salary Range: $72,000 - $106,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency, cost reduction, and quality improvement.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• Design, develop, and implement new manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Analyze process data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process documentation.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new product introductions and process scale-up.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 2+ years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data analysis and statistical process control (SPC).
• Ability to develop, interpret, and optimize process flow diagrams (PFDs) and piping & instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs).
• Knowledge of manufacturing safety standards, quality systems (e.g., ISO), and regulatory compliance.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
• Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Experience with process simulation software.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
