Salary Range: $134,000 - $185,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct and optimize overall plant operations, including production, maintenance, quality, and logistics.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.

  • Manage the plant budget, control expenditures, and allocate resources effectively.

Recommended Qualifications

  • Demonstrated financial acumen with experience in budget management and P&L responsibility
  • Expertise in implementing continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with a focus on team development

Bonus Qualifications

  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
  • Experience implementing advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g., Industry 4.0, automation, IoT)
  • MBA or Master's degree in a relevant engineering discipline
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
  • Fluency in multiple languages relevant to the local workforce or international operations
