Salary Range: $45,000 - $76,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on production machinery and equipment.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and implement effective corrective actions.
• Install, commission, and de-commission new and existing manufacturing equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory.
• Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, including LOTO procedures, and maintain a safe work environment.
• Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.

Recommended Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in industrial maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Experience with PLC troubleshooting and basic programming.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Strong commitment to safety practices and procedures.

Bonus Qualifications

• Advanced PLC programming and troubleshooting experience.
• Proficiency in welding and fabrication techniques.
• Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
• Certification in specialized equipment operation (e.g., forklift, boom lift).
