Salary Range: $104,000 - $151,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production schedules and manufacturing operations to meet output, quality, and delivery targets.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of production supervisors and operations staff.
• Implement and champion continuous improvement initiatives, such as Lean manufacturing, to optimize processes and reduce waste.
• Develop and manage operational budgets, controlling costs and improving profitability.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain to ensure optimal material availability and flow.
• Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.

Recommended Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in manufacturing operations management.
• Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong leadership and team development capabilities.
• Experience with ERP systems and production planning.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and quality management systems.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and drive cost efficiencies.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
• Experience with advanced planning and scheduling (APS) software or specific ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Background in supply chain management or logistics
