Salary Range: $70,000 - $104,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain standard costs for materials, labor, and manufacturing overhead.
• Analyze and report on manufacturing variances, including material usage, labor efficiency, and overhead spending.
• Perform inventory valuation, reconciliation, and obsolescence analysis.
• Assist in the preparation of manufacturing budgets and financial forecasts.
• Conduct product costing and profitability analysis to support pricing and strategic decisions.
• Reconcile general ledger accounts related to inventory and cost of goods sold.
• Identify and recommend cost reduction opportunities and efficiency improvements within production processes.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of progressive cost accounting experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Expertise in standard costing, variance analysis, inventory valuation, and bill of materials (BOMs).
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex cost data, identify trends, and recommend process improvements.

Bonus Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data modeling.
• Experience with ERP system costing modules (e.g., SAP CO, Oracle Cost Management).
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles.
