Salary Range: $126,000 - $176,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Direct all financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
• Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes for manufacturing operations.
• Oversee cost accounting, inventory valuation, and variance analysis for production.
• Establish and maintain robust internal controls and ensure compliance with GAAP.
• Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide strategic recommendations.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and treasury functions.
• Coordinate and manage all external audit activities.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or CMA certification strongly preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, with a significant portion in a manufacturing environment.
• Expertise in cost accounting, inventory valuation, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting specific to manufacturing operations.
• Strong proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Proven ability to lead month-end close processes, implement internal controls, and drive financial analysis for operational improvements.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with ERP system implementation, optimization, or migration in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles or Six Sigma methodologies for process improvement.
• Proficiency with advanced data analytics and business intelligence (BI) tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Experience managing financial operations across multiple manufacturing sites or international locations.
