Salary Range: $93,000 - $140,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and facilitate continuous improvement projects utilizing Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies.
  • Develop, deliver, and coach employees on continuous improvement principles and tools.
  • Identify and analyze operational inefficiencies and waste across manufacturing processes.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of improvement initiatives.
  • Drive the development and standardization of best practices and work procedures.
  • Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and problem-solving throughout the organization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement sustainable process improvements.

Recommended Qualifications

  • Proven experience leading continuous improvement initiatives within a manufacturing environment.
  • Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (or equivalent significant experience).
  • Demonstrated expertise in Lean manufacturing principles and tools (e.g., Kaizen, 5S, VSM, SMED).
  • Strong analytical, data-driven problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication, training, and change management abilities.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Prosci or other recognized Change Management certification
  • Experience with advanced data visualization and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
  • Demonstrated experience optimizing processes within an ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
  • Lean Master certification or equivalent advanced Lean practitioner recognition
