Salary Range: $53,000 - $85,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on industrial electrical systems and machinery.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical malfunctions in production equipment and control circuits.
• Install, modify, and upgrade electrical components, wiring, and systems according to schematics and codes.
• Read and interpret electrical blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications.
• Ensure all electrical work complies with safety standards, NEC, and company policies.
• Conduct routine inspections and tests of electrical equipment to ensure operational efficiency and safety.
• Maintain accurate records of all electrical repairs, maintenance, and installations.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience with industrial control systems (PLCs, HMIs, VFDs).
• Strong ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Expertise in troubleshooting and repairing complex electrical and electronic malfunctions.
• Thorough knowledge of National Electrical Code (NEC) and industrial safety standards (e.g., Lockout/Tagout).
• Experience with installation, maintenance, and calibration of manufacturing machinery.
• Proficiency in working with various motor control systems and power distribution.

Bonus Qualifications

• Robotics maintenance and troubleshooting experience
• Proficiency with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
• Experience with industrial HVAC and refrigeration electrical systems
• Advanced PLC programming and SCADA system development/optimization
