Salary Range: $83,000 - $128,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for production, technical, and administrative roles.
• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
• Ensure HR policies and practices comply with labor laws, OSHA regulations, and company standards.
• Develop and implement training programs for skill development, safety, and leadership within the plant.
• Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and equity for manufacturing roles.
• Drive performance management processes, including appraisals, goal setting, and corrective action plans.
• Partner with plant leadership to address workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational development needs.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience (5+ years) in HR management within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Comprehensive knowledge of federal, state, and local labor laws, safety regulations, and compliance standards relevant to manufacturing.
• Demonstrated expertise in employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, and workforce development for a diverse manufacturing workforce.
• Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills with the ability to effectively partner with all levels of an organization.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems and data analytics to support strategic HR initiatives.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement initiatives.
• Multilingual proficiency (e.g., Spanish) to support a diverse manufacturing workforce.
• Familiarity with manufacturing-specific safety regulations (e.g., OSHA) and workers' compensation processes.
• Prior experience in a unionized manufacturing environment.
• Certification in Six Sigma, Lean, or a related operational excellence methodology.
