Salary Range: $77,000 - $122,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement automation solutions for manufacturing processes.
• Program and configure PLCs, HMIs, SCADA systems, and industrial robots.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues with automated equipment and control systems.
• Integrate new automation technologies with existing production lines and infrastructure.
• Optimize current automation systems for improved efficiency, reliability, and throughput.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all automation projects and systems.
• Participate in the commissioning and startup of new automated machinery and production cells.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Rockwell, Siemens) and HMI/SCADA development.
• Experience with industrial robotics programming, integration, and troubleshooting (e.g., Fanuc, Kuka, ABB).
• Strong understanding of industrial networking protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Profinet, Modbus TCP/IP).
• Proven ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair complex automated manufacturing systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or a closely related field.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with industrial robotics programming and integration (e.g., FANUC, KUKA, ABB).
• Proficiency in industrial vision systems for quality control or process guidance (e.g., Cognex, Keyence).
• Familiarity with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) integration and data historization.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles applied to Operational Technology (OT) environments.
• Experience with cloud-based Industrial IoT (IIoT) platforms and data analytics for manufacturing.
