Salary Range: $77,000 - $122,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement automation solutions for manufacturing processes.
• Program and configure PLCs, HMIs, SCADA systems, and industrial robots.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair malfunctions in automated equipment and control systems.
• Optimize existing automation systems for improved efficiency, quality, and uptime.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including schematics, programming logic, and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with production, maintenance, and engineering teams to identify automation opportunities.
• Conduct factory acceptance testing (FAT) and site acceptance testing (SAT) for new automation equipment.

Recommended Qualifications

• Expertise in PLC programming, troubleshooting, and optimization (e.g., Siemens, Rockwell).
• Proficiency in designing, developing, and maintaining SCADA and HMI systems.
• Experience with industrial robotics, including programming, integration, and maintenance.
• Strong understanding of industrial communication protocols (e.g., Profinet, EtherNet/IP, Modbus TCP/IP).
• Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex electrical, mechanical, and software issues in automated production lines.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with industrial vision systems for inspection or quality control.
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Python) for OEE or process optimization.
• Familiarity with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) or database integration (e.g., SQL).
• Exposure to cloud-based IoT platforms or advanced analytics in an industrial setting.
