Salary Range: $71,000 - $105,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze manufacturing costs, production variances, and inventory valuations.
• Develop and maintain standard costs for raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
• Prepare detailed cost reports and profitability analyses for management.
• Assist in the annual budgeting and forecasting processes for manufacturing operations.
• Identify and implement cost reduction opportunities and process improvements.
• Reconcile inventory accounts and ensure accurate valuation in the general ledger.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities related to cost of goods sold and inventory.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 3-5 years of cost accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel.
• In-depth knowledge of standard costing, variance analysis, and inventory valuation methods.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Bonus Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency with manufacturing ERP systems (e.g., SAP CO, Oracle EBS, Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O).
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) or advanced Excel (Power Query/Pivot).
• SQL querying skills for data extraction and analysis.
