Salary Range: $48,000 - $68,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments to vendors and collection from customers.
• Reconcile bank, credit card, and general ledger accounts monthly.
• Manage payroll processing, including tax filings and benefit deductions.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers for all transactions.
• Prepare monthly financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
• Assist with inventory cost tracking and reconciliation for raw materials and finished goods.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and relevant tax regulations.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
• Demonstrated experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations
• Understanding of inventory management and cost accounting principles relevant to manufacturing
• Proven ability to prepare accurate financial statements and financial reports
• Experience processing payroll and managing related tax filings

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with manufacturing ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
• Basic understanding of cost accounting principles relevant to manufacturing.
• Familiarity with inventory valuation methods and tracking.
• Experience with fixed asset management and depreciation for production equipment.
