Salary Range: $77,000 - $122,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement industrial automation solutions, including PLCs, HMIs, and robotics.
• Program, configure, and debug Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), Human-Machine Interfaces (HMIs), and motion control systems.
• Conduct testing, commissioning, and validation of new and modified automation equipment and processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in existing automated production lines and machinery to minimize downtime.
• Optimize automation systems for improved efficiency, productivity, quality, and cost reduction.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including electrical schematics, software specifications, and operating procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, maintenance, quality) to integrate automation solutions effectively.
• Ensure all automation projects and systems comply with safety standards and regulatory requirements.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Rockwell, Siemens) and HMI development.
• Experience with industrial robotics, vision systems, and motion control.
• Strong understanding of industrial networking protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Profinet) and SCADA/MES integration.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair complex automation systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Automation Engineering.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with industrial robotics programming and integration (e.g., FANUC, KUKA, ABB).
• Proficiency in industrial vision systems for quality control and guidance (e.g., Cognex, Keyence).
• Familiarity with data historians, SQL databases, and reporting tools for OEE and process optimization.
• Understanding of IT/OT convergence principles and industrial cybersecurity best practices.
