Salary Range: $84,000 - $124,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Lead, train, and manage a team of maintenance technicians and engineers.
• Oversee the troubleshooting and repair of complex manufacturing equipment and systems.
• Manage maintenance budget, spare parts inventory, and procurement processes.
• Ensure strict adherence to all safety, health, and environmental regulations during maintenance activities.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
• Utilize CMMS for effective work order management, asset tracking, and performance reporting.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in maintenance management within a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) or a related technical field.
• Strong technical expertise in industrial machinery, automation, and facility systems.
• Proven leadership and team development skills for maintenance personnel.
• Proficiency with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and data analysis.
• In-depth knowledge of safety regulations, environmental compliance, and quality standards.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience implementing Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) methodologies.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or higher.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Experience with predictive maintenance technologies (e.g., vibration analysis, thermography).
