Salary Range: $54,000 - $86,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair complex electrical malfunctions in industrial machinery and control systems.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on electrical equipment, motors, and production lines to ensure optimal operation.
- Install, modify, and upgrade industrial electrical systems, conduit, wiring, and components according to specifications.
- Read and accurately interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
- Adhere strictly to all electrical codes, safety standards (e.g., Lockout/Tagout), and company policies.
- Calibrate and test electrical devices, sensors, and instrumentation for accuracy and performance.
- Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used in work order systems.
Recommended Qualifications
- Proven experience in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial electrical systems (e.g., motors, PLCs, VFDs, control panels).
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams.
- Thorough understanding and adherence to the National Electrical Code (NEC) and safety standards (e.g., Lockout/Tagout).
- Experience with electrical testing equipment (multimeters, clamp meters, megohmmeters) for diagnostics.
- Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent industrial electrical certification.
- Ability to install, commission, and upgrade industrial electrical components and machinery.
Bonus Qualifications
- Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley).
- Experience with robotic systems or automated assembly lines.
- Instrumentation and calibration experience.
- Advanced safety certifications (e.g., NFPA 70E qualified, LOTO trainer).
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills.
