Salary Range: $106,000 - $154,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure production targets are met efficiently.
• Implement and monitor production schedules, optimizing resource allocation and workflow.
• Lead, mentor, and develop production teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and safety.
• Optimize manufacturing processes to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve product quality.
• Manage operational budgets, control expenses, and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental policies.
• Analyze operational performance data and implement corrective actions to drive efficiency and meet KPIs.

Recommended Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations management.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related technical field.
• Proven expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing production teams.
• Strong understanding of production planning, supply chain management, and quality control systems.
• Experience with P&L responsibility, budget management, and driving cost efficiencies.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Proficiency with major ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
• Experience with automation technologies or Industry 4.0 initiatives
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
