Salary Range: $71,000 - $105,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality control processes and procedures.
• Conduct root cause analysis for non-conformances, defects, and customer complaints.
• Drive Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to resolve quality issues and prevent recurrence.
• Collaborate with manufacturing to identify and implement process improvements for quality enhancement.
• Perform statistical analysis of quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Participate in new product development and launch to ensure quality requirements are met.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing).
• 3+ years of experience in quality engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with core quality tools and methodologies (e.g., FMEA, SPC, MSA, Root Cause Analysis, 8D).
• Solid understanding of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949, AS9100).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and statistical skills.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Proficiency with statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
• Experience with ERP Quality Management modules (e.g., SAP QM)
• Specialized knowledge of industry-specific quality standards (e.g., AS9100, IATF 16949)
