Salary Range: $70,000 - $99,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and train quality control inspectors and technicians.
• Oversee incoming, in-process, and final product inspections and testing.
• Lead investigations into non-conformances, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Ensure strict adherence to quality management systems (e.g., ISO) and customer specifications.
• Maintain accurate quality records, documentation, and reporting.
• Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support internal and external quality audits and regulatory compliance efforts.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical field.
• 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance/control within a manufacturing environment, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory capacity.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and quality tools (e.g., SPC, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis).
• Proven ability to lead, train, and mentor a quality team.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Relevant professional certification (e.g., ASQ Certified Quality Engineer/Auditor) preferred.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Certified Lead Auditor (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100, ISO 13485)
• Proficiency with statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
• Experience with specific ERP/QMS modules (e.g., SAP QM, MasterControl)
• Background in a highly regulated manufacturing sector (e.g., medical devices, aerospace)
