Salary Range: $68,000 - $97,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and mentor quality control technicians and inspectors.
• Manage daily quality inspections, testing, and audits of products and manufacturing processes.
• Investigate non-conformances, identify root causes, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Ensure strict adherence to internal quality standards, industry regulations, and customer specifications.
• Maintain and update all quality documentation, procedures, and records accurately.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency.
• Oversee the calibration and maintenance schedule for all quality control equipment.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of quality assurance/control experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949), Statistical Process Control (SPC), and root cause analysis methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, train, and mentor quality inspection teams.
• Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and using various precision measurement tools.
• ASQ certification (e.g., CQE, CQA) preferred.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification.
• Experience with advanced statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP) for SPC and data analysis.
• Certified Internal Auditor (e.g., ISO 9001 Lead Auditor).
• Demonstrated experience leading continuous improvement projects.
